Roofing Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated Roofing Salesman to join our team in Virginia Beach!

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Roofing Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Roofing Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new roofing clients and the expansion of existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on selling our roofing services to residential and commercial customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales, a strong knowledge of roofing products, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and

  • Online research.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

· Build and Nurture Client Relationships:

  • Establish rapport with customers and understand their roofing needs and requirements.

  • Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to accurately determine project specifications.

  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates and proposals to customers.

  • Follow up with clients to address questions, concerns, and objections, and provide timely and effective solutions.

· Drive Sales and Meet Targets:

  • Present and demonstrate roofing products and services to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

  • Close sales and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

· Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Products:

  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitors' offerings.

  • Continuously expand knowledge of roofing products, materials, and installation techniques.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay current with industry best practices.

· Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing industry or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

· Demonstrated ability to identify and seize sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

· Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
